What do I Wear?

Start with comfortable clothes that you can move in. Leggings, sarongs, scarves and full skirts are all fine, and, no, you do not have to show your belly!

Shoes are not required, although you may like to wear ballet slippers, jiffy's or flat soled shoes if you prefer.

Please note that Carers are required to attend and of course participate!
