What do I Wear?

Start with comfortable clothes that you can move in. Leggings, sarongs, scarves and full skirts are all fine, and, no, you do not have to show your belly!

Shoes are not required, although you may like to wear ballet slippers, jiffy's or flat soled shoes if you prefer.

Zumba Gold

zumba goldOkay, so you're thinking what has Zumba Gold got to do with bellydance?
Well, Zumba Gold brings together Latin music with other world music to create an inspiring and fun dance party. Naturally I include a bellydance component to this great dance fitness class, and combined with the Latin rhythms, dance moves and aerobic styling it's sure to get your feet and hips moving. While Zumba Gold is aimed at the active older adult, it is also great for anyone returning from injury or illness, or those who want to improve their co-ordination before hitting a regular Zumba class.
