With movements wonderfully suited to women, Middle Eastern Bellydance offers a unique form of dance, and through a supportive and fun learning environment, you can start to improve your posture, flexibility and co-ordination, as well as build your concentration, confidence and self-esteem.
It’s a journey where you progress one step at a time and are encouraged to investigate the many wonderful side roads.
